Overview
Assist in the management and implementation of the RESET program in Bunia.
You have:
- Have at least a university degree in international/community development, human rights, peace and conflict, political science, anthropology or another relevant field.
- Have at least two years of experience in implementing development projects, preferably within an NGO or international organization.
- Ability to prepare/present reports on achievements and program activities for various audiences and to produce quality reports on short notice.
- Proven communication and coordination skills.
- Field experience in a conflict and developmental environment, management and mitigation of conflicts, and gender equality programs.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and handle multiple priorities and relationships at once.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work within a multicultural team and strong negotiation skills.
- Strong self-discipline, listening skills, honesty, and morality are essential.
- A strong commitment and absolute ability to adhere to the multiple policies and procedures of Mercy Corps and donors.
