Overview
Supervise daily cash assistance program activities in Goma, DRC.
You have:
- Have a university degree in community development or equivalent in public health, agriculture, civil engineering, hydraulic, social sciences, agronomy.
- 3 years of experience in the cash unit of Emergency Program (North Kivu, Ituri, South Kivu).
- Good mastery of the ERM tool (Rapid Multisectoral Assessment).
- Good knowledge of the SAFER intervention process.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Ability to work effectively within a multicultural team.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively with little supervision.
- Strong communication skills and ease of oral expression.
- Fluency in spoken and written French and local languages.
- Ability to work in a difficult/stressful context.
- Availability for field missions easily.
