Overview
Supervise cash assistance program activities and manage team operations in Goma.
You have:
- Have a university degree in community development or equivalent in public health, agriculture, civil engineering, hydraulic social sciences, agronomy.
- 3 years of experience in the cash unit of emergency programs in North Kivu, Ituri, or South Kivu.
- Experience working in the location of the position, Goma, is a definite asset. Candidates who have previously worked in Goma will be prioritized.
- Good mastery of the ERM tool (Rapid Multi-sectoral Evaluation).
- Good knowledge of the SAFER intervention process.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
- Proficient communication skills and ease in oral communication.
- Fluency in spoken and written French and local languages.
- Ability to work in a challenging/stressful context.
