Overview
Oversee and coordinate operational activities at Mercy Corps bases in the DRC.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or logistics management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role in humanitarian or complex development contexts.
- Demonstrated experience managing remote teams and supporting decentralized operations.
- Strong understanding of donor compliance and humanitarian operational standards.
- Proven experience in developing operational procedures, risk mitigation strategies, and capacity building of staff.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team management skills.
- Fluency in French. Knowledge of English and local languages is a significant asset.
