MDF plans to conduct online IELTS and TOEFL trainng for foreign and national students or volunteers who are eager to imporve their speaking and writing skills. The training will be conducted online thorugh zoom and both parties the trainer and the student volunteers are expecetd to have high quality wifi network to ensure the training is conducted successfully for each of the session designed by the volunteer and MDF PNG.

The task requires the volunteer to prepare online oral tutoring sourse or training session and conduct online training for foreign students using zoom or any platform available. The platform will be design by MDF while collaborating with the trainer accordingly to benefit all parties involved in this project.

The volunteer must ahve a Masters Degree or a Degree in IELTS and TOEFL oral training and must have more than 5 years of work expereince. The trainer must be able to be consistent and willing to work towards a deadline agreed by all parties. The volunteer must also have skills in teaching Essay Writing for students speaking Enlgish as their second Language.
