Manage eligible cases for intervention in the program, from reception to closure.

You have:

  • Professional or university student in 6th semester or higher, technician or technologist in social work, psychology, sociology, or related fields.
  • Minimum two years of related experience in case management preferably in humanitarian organizations.
  • Preferably with prior experience in community work or with vulnerable populations.
  • Recommended experience in report writing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office systems and programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Docs and Google Drive.
  • Desirable experience using tools like Commcare and Kobo.
  • Knowledge of the context of Valledupar and, preferably, the migration phenomenon.
  • Preferably knowledge of Sphere standards and other training in humanitarian response.
  • Availability to travel and support activities in other areas of the country, if necessary.
