Result of Service · Create test scenarios and cases for inspira Recruitment business functionalities and integration. · Prepare documents and test scripts for user acceptance testing for Recruitment and other modules as required. · Report defects with test result documents, and discuss with development team to fix reported issues. · Conduct retests for defects that have been 'resolved'. · Prepare test data. · Prepare release notes and quick guides. · Coordinate and help with UAT support to business analysts. · Monitor and report work progress to the Project Manager and relevant team. · Provide the status report of all defects and change requests.

Work Location Bangkok

Expected duration Initially from 01 January 2022 to 30 June 2022 (6 months), with possibility of extension, subject to satisfactory performance and availability of funds.

Duties and Responsibilities · Write detailed test plans · Help prepare UAT scripts and data · Provide support for UAT · Develop test scenarios and test scripts · Run test scripts and deliver test result documents · Perform test data preparation and upload data in Peoplesoft. · Create Test cases, Test scripts for all the modules and adhere the quality standards set by the organization. · Develop training materials for new project deployments. · Ensure functional and technical requirements are met through testing. · Carry out assignments and technical tasks in collaboration with a cross-functional team of developers, business analysts and quality assurance staff. · Ensure that the service provided adheres to the operational standards for quality and timeliness.

Qualifications/special skills Skills: Ability to perform test data preparation. Experience in creating Test cases, Test scripts and adhere to the quality standards set by the organization. Experience in Oracle-PeopleSoft preferred Academic Qualifications: A university degree (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in computer science, information systems, mathematics, or related field. Experience: 2 years of experience in testing and support of ERP application projects. Exposure or knowledge of PeopleSoft application. Language: Fluency in spoken and written English is required.

Additional Information Consultants will report to HR-IT Operations manager, and work closely with the Technical support and development team in the Human Resources Enterprise Support Centre, Bangkok, Thailand.
