Job Overview/Summary: The Senior Data Management Officer will be responsible for supporting IRC Supply Chain (SC), Programme and Admin teams in the integration to IRC’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system through troubleshooting, support data entry, report viewing & analysis and provide trainings when needed. The Sr. Data Management Officer will act as the focal point between IRC HQ ERP Team and IRC Ukraine office working in coordination with program and operations. This position reports to DDO but daily working relationship with operations and program teams

Major Responsibilities:

Major responsibilities of the Senior Data Management Officer (not exhaustive) are listed below: - Manage all support requests from the operations and admin teams on data entry, troubleshooting and all other support needs to ensure streamlined process. - Data entry for all procurement and admin related requests to ERP system as requested - Follow up on staff rotations and request change of hierarchical approvals to HQ ERP Team - Support report viewing and data analysis - Support DDO and Deputy Director of Programs in the development of any additional coordination mechanisms and tools to supplement the ERP system where needed. - Focal point for troubleshooting of any problems with the support of IRC HQ ERP Team, act as the focal point for IRC Ukraine in all ERP related matters - Carry out other tasks as requested by the supervisor and the Protection Management team in line with the job profile.

Job Requirements: Education: Degree of Bachelor of Information Technology.

Work Experience: At least three years of prior professional experience in a similar post (ERP Experience is a requirement)

Demonstrated Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills. Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently. Flexible and able to work in a dynamic and diverse environment. Must be advanced computer user Working experience of Microsoft PowerBI is a requirement Dynamic, initiative taker and solution-focused able to adapt to a mobile work environment

Language Skills: Knowledge of Ukrainian is required. Good drafting and oral communication skills in English. Knowledge of other language from East Europe a distinct advantage.
