Result of Service Maintaining the successful operation of OzonAction partnership program achieving: a) Successful completion of preparatory work to launch the RDL program b) Launch and campaign the RDL program c) Completion and launch of the Universal Training Kit d) Completion and launch of the MAC Information Kit e) WRD campaigns are successfully conducted and outreached f) Continuing support is provided to the operation and outreach of INWIC g) Successful management of ASHRAE-UNEP Innovation Award h) Successful update and launch of UNEP University Course and re-launch through ASHRAE i) Completion, launch, and promote the ASHRAE-UNEP Sustainable Guide on RAC Installations j) Manage the promotion and evaluation of ASHRAE-UNEP e-Learning program

Duties and Responsibilities UNEP OzonAction International Partnership program requires the service of a senior consultant to lead the program in the following tasks: 1. Coordinate the relationship with key HVACR partners including: a) Organising/attending working and planning meetings (virtually and in-person if needed) b) Discuss and coordinate joint ongoing activities and programs c) Liaise with partners the organization of joint events and functions d) Advise and notify OzonAction management and team about strategic partnership and engagement and issues that need decision or sensitive. 2. Support managing OzonAction tools and products jointly developed with HVACR partners a) Negotiate and conclude with partners the respective details and work plans with focus on the following programs: ¿ Refrigerant Driving License (RDL) in cooperation with AHRI ¿ ASHRAE-UNEP Collaboration portfolio ¿ AREA-UNEP Universal Training Kit ¿ MAC Information Kit in cooperation with MAC Partners ¿ The World Refrigeration Day Campaigns ¿ International Network for Women in Cooling (INWIC) in cooperation with several partners b) Advice OzonAction team about needed administrative actions i.e., contracts and logistics c) Coordinate the process of products’ development, keep track of progress, and advise about actions needed to complete or adjust the workplans d) Provide technical and editorial review of key products and suggest additional consultancy services might be needed for doing so 3. Support relevant outreach and campaigning activities a) Suggest and coordinate the development of outreach materials and campaigns for promoting products/tools jointly developed with HVACR partners b) Facilitate campaigning amongst HVACR international community and coordinate with respective focal points of partners the best utilisation of OzonAction tools.

Qualifications/special skills At least first university degree in science, environment, engineering, business, public policy, or other relevant areas. Other academic qualification in combination with qualifying 10 years working experience in related field may be accepted in lieu of the bachelor's degree Work experience in international initiatives and campaigns related to refrigeration and air-conditioning sectors. Working experience with professional and industry associations/organisations. Previous knowledge of Montreal Protocol and Ozone Layer protection programs.
