Result of Service - Interactive designs, templates and prototypes (wireframe/mockups), guided by user experience best practices and business objectives; - Participate in design discussions and code reviews for components developed by project teams; - Gain an understanding of existing applications to better anticipate, assess, troubleshoot, mitigate and prevent issues; - Analyze and resolve system problems and present clear, comprehensive recommendations; - User training to new users and retraining to existing users on new functionalities.

Duties and Responsibilities The consultant shall provide expertise in SAP MM process management, module configuration, and high-level client support for mission business users.

In addition, the consultant is expected to carry out the following responsibilities: - Conduct analysis for business process improvement - Configure SAP material management module and validations - Manage material master data - Contribute as a full member of cross-functional teams to provide innovative user experiences for existing and new product offerings; - Work and collaborate effectively with the IT team and business teams in a highly agile environment where innovation is valued; - Perform analysis and design activities (e.g., produce functional design, create test books, and perform feasibility for a project); - Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and software; - Preparation and continuous update of all required documents; - Participation on testing and acceptance process; - Propose / recommend enhancements which require great understanding of the business processes; - Observe defined methodology and standards.

Qualifications/special skills Academic Qualifications: University degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics or related field. Experience: - A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP in deployment and support of SAP material management (MM) is required; - Demonstrable knowledge of and hands-on skills of SAP material management is required. - Experience in Procure-to-Pay process implementation is required. - Knowledge in master data management, configuration, process optimization, quality assurance, and support activities in relation to SAP material management, and finance / control is highly desirable. - A minimum 3-5 years of technical writing experience (ability to create detailed functional requirements, define a site’s content architecture, etc.) - Thorough understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (e.g. requirements, design, development, testing) and exposure to agile or iterative SDLCs. - Solid fundamentals around hooks, APIs and Drupal core mechanism - Knowledge of UN field operations, rations management, and/or Siebel CRM platform are highly desirable. Language: Fluency in English is required.
