The project is inline with MDFs objective whihc is to support community deveopment by exploring the weakness in the existing National Environmental Laws which encourage foreign exploitation through illegal logging, human rights abuse and trafiicking. The outcome of the project may provdie usefull information to decision makers, the general public and international symphatizers who advocate against these activities.

MDF requires the service of three online volunteers who wil be using an existig Project on Papua New Guinea's environment law and International Environment Laws to further research and write up a short research paper for publication.

The task will merey involves literature review using various portal which includes the various serach engine, online libraries and possibly an online interview and survey to aooomplish the project objective.

The three online volunteers selected will be communicating with the focal contact for MDF to ensure the all information are gathered and complled accordingly for the write up.

MDF requires the srevice of volunteers who have quaification and experience working on environmental laws, human rights and community development preferably in a third world country. He or she must have good research and writing skills and must have published simmilar papers on environmental laws supporting conservation, indigenous knowledge and measures to counte climate change.
