Major Responsibilities:

- Support the overall management and implementation of the Matching Grant Program: including support to local staff implementing the program, monitoring, proposal writing and donor reporting. - In collaboration with the Senior Program Officer, the Program Officer for ORR Programs, and Program Officer for Training, analyze past trends to propose local office enrollment targets and budget allocations. - In collaboration with the Senior Program Officer and HQ Finance, ensure the integrity of contributions in kind, their valuation, documentation and targets by office. - Respond to daily inquiries from local offices regarding program compliance and implementation. - Conduct internal monitoring visits that involve meeting with various stakeholders; reviewing program files; interviewing local office staff, refugee families, and community leaders; issue reports with corrective actions. - Collaborate with local offices to implement performance improvement plans by developing action plans to improve service delivery and employment outcomes for clients. Monitor progress toward goals. - Contribute to the annual proposal and donor reports. - Support coordination of ORR monitoring visits by reviewing case files and questionnaires, attending debrief meeting and reviewing findings with offices. - In collaboration with the Senior Program Officer and the Program Officer for Training, develop compliance guidance (Program Announcements, reference manuals) based on review of program guidelines, analysis of monitoring results, and other changes.

Job Requirements:

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree required

Work Experience:

- Minimum five years progressive non-profit experience, preferably with experiences in the Matching Grant Program. - Previous experience in leading program implementation, monitoring program compliance and providing technical assistance required.

Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:

- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of US Refugee Resettlement Programs; - Demonstrated proficiency in coaching and/or mentoring and project management - Financial discernment and experience with matching fund requirements, budget development and in-kind allowability and tracking. - Demonstrated command of databases, MS Excel and evidence-based decision making.

Preferred experience & skills:

- Experience implementing the Matching Grant Program at local or national level. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as, an overall ability to be clear and concise in all communications. - Strong organizational and time-management skills; proven ability to prioritize and deliver on time. - Strong analytic problem-solving skills. - Ability to work both independently and in a dynamic, cross-functional global team structure. - Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels - Ability to manage others and work through change in a proactive and positive manner.

Working Environment:

- Standard office working environment. - Up to 30% of domestic travel as needed. - This role may require working remotely full or part time and part time remote employees may be required to share workspace.

Compensation: Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirement.
