We are currently seeking to fill a Pardot Analyst Consultant position in our Public Partnership and Resourcing (PPR), based in Rome, HQ and/or remote based.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PUBLIC PARTNERSHIP AND RESOURCING DEPARTMENT (PPR)

The Public Partnership and Resourcing (PPR) division leads and coordinates WFP's corporate resource mobilization efforts with Public Donors at capital, regional and country office levels. WFP’s corporate tool for managing donors, partners and contacts, Salesforce, is managed by the Technical Support Team (TST) within this division. Under the strategic and operational guidance of the Salesforce Project Manager, the consultant will perform administration, maintenance and analytical tasks related to the set up and running of the email tool Pardot. The consultant will also develop training materials and provide training sessions to Pardot users.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The candidate will perform the following duties:

  • Carry out administrator tasks in WFP’s Pardot system to ensure that it is set up correctly.
  • Ensure a trouble-free connection between Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Support campaign connection and transition between Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Train and support users of Salesforce in Pardot manage their Campaigns in Salesforce and Pardot and their emails in Pardot.
  • Create training materials for Pardot users.
  • Carry out analysis in Pardot on email responses.
  • Carry out other tasks related to the operation of Pardot.
  • Support communications activities that enable informed decision making by collecting and analyzing data related to the website’s performances, and produce accurate reports.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Education:

Advanced University degree in Information Technologies, Economics, Marketing Communications or other relevant field, or First University degree with additional years of related work experience and/or training courses.

Experience:

At least 1 year of professional experience working at a system admin level with both Salesforce and Pardot.

Required soft skills/WFP Competences:

Must be a trained Salesforce Admin and Pardot Admin. Must have familiarity with working as a system admin both in Salesforce and Pardot (ideally in a large organisation). Excellent communication skills and ability to train and transfer knowledge to others. Ability to work independently towards challenging targets and strict deadlines. Ability to work in a multi-cultural and dynamic environment.

Language

Full Fluency (level C) in English language is required.
