Result of Service The outputs of the consultant will contribute to the improvement and enrichment of the eRegistrations system and will provide user countries with a swift tool for offering online services.

Expected duration Contract duration: 09 September 2022 to 08 March 2023 Effective working time: 6 months

Duties and Responsibilities In the context of the implementation of the Business Facilitation Program project, under the supervision of the project coordinator, in close collaboration with other international experts, the consultant will participate in the post-production activities and modifications of the eRegistrations services. Changes will be made on the basis of Benin and Mali eRegistrations systems but could be applied at a later stage to other systems. In particular, s/he will be entrusted with the following tasks:

Develop a new online service on MonEntreprise.bj – “Change your Individual Trader information”, including the following parts:

  • Part A: comprised of guide, form, documents upload, online payment and send pages
  • Part B: comprised of the following processing roles:
  • Revision
  • Processing screen for the Registry of Commerce & Real estate Credit
  • Processing screen for the Publication of the company change online (Bot/automatic role)
  • Collection role for the automatic delivery of the electronic certificates with a verification QR-code (Bot/automatic role)

Develop a new online service on MonEntreprise.ml – “Change your Individual Trader information”, including the following parts:

  • Part A: comprised of guide, form, documents upload and send pages
  • Part B: comprised of the following processing roles:
  • Data entry role to assist users unable to file their applications online
  • Cashier role
  • Revision role
  • Issue of National Identification Number (NINA) certificate (Bot/automatic role)
  • Collection role for the automatic delivery of the electronic certificate with a verification QR-code (Bot/automatic role)

Test the new online services and deploy on the live servers.

All tasks will be undertaken in collaboration with other programmers and IT developers.

Qualifications/special skills Academic Qualifications: Advanced university degree (master's degree or equivalent) in Information Technology, law, business or public administration or related fields. A first level university degree in combination with qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced degree. Experience: At least 7 years of experience in development of IT systems applications. Experience of work with complex eGovernment systems such as eRegistrations/eRegulations desirable. Language: Fluency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of French desirable.
