You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Social/Behavioral Science, or any four-year course with relevant experience in telemarketing and customer care/service.
- At least a year of broad and substantial experience in marketing, customer service and/or account management.
- Good command of English and Filipino language.

Key Responsibilities:
The Noche Buena Staff is a fixed term position (three months) that plays a vital role in supporting the Donor Care team's Noche Buena Campaign by assisting the Campaign Support Staff in mobilizing sponsor engagement and contributions. This includes actively encouraging donations through various communication channels—such as phone calls, and emails—and ensuring that all gifts are processed promptly and acknowledged with care and gratitude. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a heart for service, as it directly contributes to the success of a campaign that brings joy and hope to families during the holiday season.
Responsibilities:
- To assist and process the Donor Care team in all Noche Buena donations-related concerns of all the sponsors.
- Outbound calling to invite sponsors to donate.
- Coordinate and process donations using different modes of giving and different means of communication.
- Coordinate sponsors queries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Social/Behavioral Science, or any four-year course with relevant experience in telemarketing and customer care/service.
- At least a year of broad and substantial experience in marketing, customer service and/or account management.
- Good command of English and Filipino language.
