Result of Service The consultant would help and support the development of the strategy reports and project reports through collaboration with the various partners. This includes performing periodical discussions with the various potential stakeholders and partners. The consultant also will provide support to the Knowledge Management initiatives of the customer to improve customer interaction thereby increasing collaboration. Additional support will be provided to set up the content on the platform.

Expected duration Initially 22nd November 2021 to 30 June 2022. (7.31 months),

The monthly payment of 1,300 USD will be paid upon completion of service in each months.

Monthly payment of USD 1,300 will be paid at end of each month.

Duties and Responsibilities- Communicate and collaborate with the various stakeholders and parterns and capture user stories - Prepare project reports and prepare impact data - Prepare user stories to provide inputs to the knowledge Management platform - Preparation of implementation roll out survey mechnaism and questionnaires for the key partners - Prepare stakeholder reports of project landscape - Provide support to the content creation for the various knowledge Management portals - Assist the client to work on colloboration strategy with the partners.

Qualifications/special skills Skills: The candidate should have experience working with NGOs The candidate should have experiences to capture user stories from the partners or entities The candidate should have knowledge and experience in writing project reports The candidate should have knowledge and experience to create and contribute to web content The candidate should have the knowledge and experience to create learning materials as part of the exit strategy of the project Academic Qualifications: Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in Mangement or related area. A first-level university degree in combination with qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree. Experience: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in content writing, report writing and working with NGOs. Language: The candidate should be proficient in English
