Result of Service- Develop machine learning models and dimensions - Participate and contribute to the implemenation of of Data Catalog - Configure and implement data sets and content in Data Catalog - Conduct training for end users and clients. - Deliver high standard training materials. - Deliver manuals and guides to help users. - Coordinate and conduct training and Demo session.

Work Location Bangkok

Duties and Responsibilities- Perform configuration in Oracle-PeopleSoft Talent Management system to perform System Integration testing. - Run test scripts and deliver test result documents. - Create Test cases, Test scripts for all the modules and adhere the quality standards set by the organization. - Take responsibility for completing System Integration Testing for the assigned module and provide technical support to other members as needed. - Develop training materials for new project deployments. - Prepare power point presentations for product demos and training. - Conduct training sessions to familiarize new users with new modules. - Coordinate and performing tasks related to new project deployments. - Develop manuals and materials for ERP applications. - Deliver hands on systems training and user walk through. - Develop user testing documents. - Develop data models and dimensions on the different type of avalable data

Qualifications/special skills Skills: Required very high level interpersonal skills and presentation skills. Experience in classroom training or facilitation is highly desirable. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Exceptional collaboration skills. Organised and detail oriented to manage multiple facets of the training at the same time. Ability to work with minimal direct supervision. Demonstrated ability to meet timelines and deliverable. Proven ability to manage multiple commitments at once, prioritizing when appropriate. Ability to report progress, issues, and risks to the project manager as well as create and track progress in a MS Project training plan. Ability to self-train on a variety of software systems with minimal assistance Academic Qualifications: Required Bachelors degree or a first-level university degree. Preferably Information Technology related. Experience: Eight years of experience in Information Technology industry. Knowledge of Oracle Peoplesoft. Experience in preparing training materials and conducting training and demos. Comfortable in using webex, video teleconference and other audio visual aids. Experience in working with global businesses and multinational environment is preferable. Language: Proficiency and fluency in English is a must. Should be able to communicate Technical information to non technical audience. Very high command of spoken English required.
