Result of Service 1. Development of images and layouts of the UNODC Darknet Cybercrime Threats to Southeast Asia Report in Bahasa Indonesia following the design lines and visuals of the original report. 2. Adaption of the graphic content of the Darknet Cybercrime Threats to Southeast Asia Report to its Bahasa Indonesia translation, ensuring that graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand according to UNODC and UN advocacy and publication guidelines. 3 Final draft including changes and suggestions as indicated by UNODC.

Duties and Responsibilities The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) provides technical assistance to Member States on combating terrorism, organized crime, corruption and drugs. In doing so, UNODC also supports strengthening criminal justice and health systems, as well as the implementation of international conventions, protocols and standards.

The Cybercrime and Anti-Money Laundering Section assists the Member States to prevent and combat cybercrime and is developing materials and tools for Member States to advance their knowledge on current threats occurring by means of information and communication technologies. In this context, the Section has developed original material which will be available in various languages to national counterparts all over the world.

The individual contractor shall provide the following services:

a) Develop and create images and layouts of the UNODC Darknet Cybercrime Threats to Southeast Asia Report in Bahasa Indonesia following the design lines and visuals of the original report

b) Adapt the graphic content of the Darknet Cybercrime Threats to Southeast Asia Report to its Bahasa Indonesia translation, ensuring that graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand according to UNODC and UN advocacy and publication guidelines

Qualifications/special skills Academic Qualifications: An advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in graphic design, illustration, visual arts or other relevant discipline is required. A first level university degree in similar fields in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree. Experience: A minimum of 2 years practical experience is required in the field of graphic design or illustration is required. Working experience in developing graphic design for international organizations is desirable. Language: English and French are the working language of the United Nations Secretariat. For this position, fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required. Knowledge of another United Nations working language is an advantage.
