With respect to assignments related to the maintenance of the organizational structure and post data, the incumbent shall work with technical guidance and oversight from the HR Assistant in charge of the SAP organizational management (OM) master data. The incumbent shall: - Review files for completeness and accuracy of information; locate, retrieve and track data, information and documentation; seek and obtain missing documentation/information; compile files, complete and route requests for review and ensure their follow-up. Verify job descriptions against generics and identify differences; prepare a variety of administrative correspondence using and adapting examples and templates. - Enter basic data, update and maintain specific fields in automated systems and applications. Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across the database, and integration of OM/Personnel Administration data in SAP. Run recurring reports from the automated systems for various reviews/ queries/ statistics; review and cross-check data ensuring consistency; collect, assemble and review background data and provide recommendations for data/ file clean-up. - Participate in testing of systems/automated applications, identification of errors, anomalies and recurring problems; provide support in the launching of new applications and system functionalities. - Register, sort out and route incoming correspondence and ensure follow-up.
