Result of Service Under the overall supervision of the Programme Coordinator for Southeast Asia and Pacific, the consultant will be responsible for designing and layouting final programmatic reports, illustrating graphic visuals for cybercrime programmes, including:

1. Illustrate 20 vectors/graphic icons to feature in the reports 2. Design a 30-page report on Cryptocurrency Regulatory Assessment 3. Design the Digital Evidence report 4. Design the Digital Evidence training slides 5. Design of infographics of key findings of the reports

The consultant shall finalize all designed works based on agreed timeline and approval of UNODC.

Timely organization and delivery of expected outputs, in accordance with deliverables, indicators and timeline.

Payments will be made based upon the full, acceptable delivery of the outputs described below.

Deliverables A. Illustrate 20 vectors/graphic icons to feature in the reports (8 working days/deliver on 20 April 2022) Deliverables B. Duties and Responsibilities The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) is a global leader in the fight against illicit drugs and international crimes. It is a leading provider of specialized assistance to Governments for addressing the legal, criminal justice and rule of law aspects of counter narcotics, crime prevention and counter-terrorism. It operates in all regions of the world through an extensive network of field offices.

UNODC Global Programme on Cybercrime supports countries in strengthening capacities to prevent and combat cybercrime and has a particular focus on capacities in the areas of cybercrime and abuse prevention, cybercrime investigations and electronic evidence, and international cooperation in criminal matters involving electronic evidence crime and recover the proceeds of crime.

Qualifications/special skills Academic Qualifications:

An advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in graphic design or fine arts is required. A first level university degree in similar fields in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.

Experience:

A minimum of 2 years of relevant progressively responsible professional experience in the field of graphic design is required. Experience of designing and illustrating communication products and materials for development sector is desirable. Experience gained from work for the United Nations or international organizations is desirable. Good understanding of cybercrimes issues is desirable.

Language:

English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For this position, fluency in English, with excellent drafting and communication skills, is required. Knowledge of another United Nations official language, is an advantage.
