You have:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is essential
- Minimum 2 years experiences in working with INGOs, NGOs is essential
- Minimum 2 years experiences in working with Emergency Response Program is essential
- Knowledge of Humanitarian Principle and Standards is essential
- Competent in the use of Microsoft office computer programmes is essential
- Understanding of programme design, monitoring and evaluation is preferable

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop Work plan for CDF, volunteers and community with the support from Project Manager and technical staff
- The work plan in place which aligns with strategic priorities and priority areas identified by project.
- To monitor whether project activities are being implemented according to plan
- The project staff understand emergency response related activities
Provide technical support and capacity building to the staff, volunteers and various community-based groups supporting project interventions
- Capacity building plan developed and implemented which supports quality implementation of project activities
- Implementation guidelines developed on standardized practices and approaches
- Ongoing coaching and mentoring provided to project beneficiaries
- Ensure intervention for project activities in Mandalay are aligned with World Vision respective Technical Development project models and contextualized before being introduced.
Assist in the Design, Monitoring and Evaluation of project activities in the community
- Gather data related activities from primary and secondary sources for the design of sector-related projects and programmes
- Assist Designing, Monitoring and Evaluation requirement and Grant Acquisition requirement to develop high quality project proposals and programme designs
- Provide technical assistance for evaluations of project
- Ensure indicators for project are aligned with World Vision Child Well-Being Outcomes
- Undertake regular monitoring visits to projects to help improve quality implementation
Networks strengthened with relevant stakeholders
- Liaise with key government, non-governmental organisations and UN-agencies for shared learning, facilitation of joint implementation and leveraging of benefits from similar interventions
- Document and share World Vision Myanmar best practices and key results from the respective technical sector
- Work with World Vision Area Offices and other agencies in identifying opportunities for acquiring grants/private funds
