Result of Service The consultant’s outputs will contribute to the functioning of the eRegistrations and eRegulations systems and ensure they are running continuously without unexpected interruptions.

Duties and Responsibilities In the context of the implementation of the Business Facilitation/eRegistrations Systems, under the supervision of the project coordinator and in close collaboration with other international experts, the consultant will install new instances, administer databases and technical systems, analyze, maintain and update the program's servers. In particular, s/he will be in charge of the following tasks:

- Setting up infrastructure for new instances of eRegistrations Set up new instances for new clients when needed to set eRegistrations or eRegulations. Setup involves DEV, TEST and LIVE instances installation to cloud or local servers.

- Maintenance and operations training eRegistrations system setup, maintenance and operations training to all institutions that implement new eRegistrations, eRegulations instances.

- Providing assistance when installing systems on-premises (local servers) Provide full assistance for local IT teams by analyzing the issues in installation and writing custom hardware and software requirements. Tasks involve: *Assistance and close contact during the entire installation process *Dispatch application updates *Dispatch needed OS security updates *Audit the prepared configurations. *Create and assist for setting up of secure connection between institutions' systems

- Database optimization and analysis Analyze the system and database memory consumption regularly, memory exhaustion and find optimization opportunities.

Qualifications/special skills Academic Qualifications: University degree (BA degree or equivalent) in Information Technology, engineering, management/business administration, law or related fields. A technical school diploma in combination with qualifying years of experience may be accepted in lieu of a university degree. Experience: 14 years of experience in IT development. Experience of administering advance complex systems such as eRegulations/eRegistrations and, management of risks and security of systems desirable. Language: Fluent in written and spoken English.
