- Adherence to NRC policies, guidance and procedures
- Ensure that projects target beneficiaries most in need of protection, explore and asses new and better ways to assist
- Promote the rights of IDPs/returnees in line with the advocacy strategy and NRC’s global mission
- Contribute with CC specific technical competence to the development of CC strategy, Micro LogFrame, and Plan of Action
- Contribute with CC specific technical competence to programme development, modification or review
- Conduct CC specific technical assessment and present recommendations
- Provide CC specific technical input to coordination mechanism (e.g. Cluster coordination) and working groups
- Develop and/or contextualize CC-specific technical guidance, tools and approaches in-line with international standards and in collaboration with coordination mechanisms
- Contribute to organizational learning through the provision specific technical analysis, lessons learned and reports
- Develop training modules and provide specific technical learning or/and trainings for project staff
