Result of Service Provide guidance for design, development and management of online e-learning systems to meet the needs of Enterprise application center, OICT. Manage the development of online e-learning throughout the project life cycle.

Work Location Bangkok

Expected duration Contract period is from 01-June-2022 to 31 December 2022 (7 month). Monthly payment of 1,550 USD is paid upon successful completion of assignments, end of each month.

Duties and Responsibilities The consultant would help and support creating original content for websites that includes copywriting, graphics, and technical work. The content developer must also adhere to SEO best practices. 1. Develop comprehensive content through research, production, and the publishing of targeted information on websites. Web content can be infographics, blogs, text, sounds, images, videos, and other content. 2. Provide guidance for the design, development, and management of online e-learning systems to meet the needs of the Enterprise application center, OICT. 3. Manage the development of online e-learning throughout the project life cycle. 4. Collaborating with clients and brainstorming subjects for creative content. 5. Writing new web content and editing existing content. Editing and proofreading new content before publication. 6. Plans, manages and executes new online learning development projects and/or strategic initiatives and participates in designing educational online courses. 7. Contributes to internal learning by sharing knowledge of instructional design. 8. Develop E-learning content conversion from flash to HTML5 9. Represent the Team in a professional manner when dealing with internal and external clients. 10. Ensure that the service provided adheres to the operational standards for quality and timeliness.

Qualifications/special skills Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of current and emerging instructional technologies and design, and an in-depth understanding of issues related to online teaching and learning (virtual classrooms, web-based conferencing, mobile learning)

Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of online learning design principles and proven ability to translate these into effective online-enabled learning

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Academic Qualifications: Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) or doctorate in science, higher education mathematics, arts and communication. A first-level university degree in combination with qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree. Experience: A minimum of two to 4 years of reasonable experience working in copywriting, graphic design, programming, or a related field may be advantageous.

A minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience or exposure in planning, design, development, and implementation of online learning content

Demonstrated knowledge of current and emerging instructional technologies and design, and an in-depth understanding of issues related to online teaching and learning (virtual classrooms, web-based conferencing, mobile learning)

Demonstrated in–depth knowledge of online learning design principles and proven ability to translate these into effective online enabled learning Language: Self-motivated individual. Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Knowledge of the United Nations Common System is desirable

Additional Information Teaching experience online or In-Campus to students of higher education is desired Exposure or experience in instructional design or online course material design is desired The candidate should have decent communication and interpersonal skills
