Consultant - Registration Assistants - Local Consultancy

Expected duration The duration of the consultancy is 4 months with possibility of extension subject to availability of funds

Duties and Responsibilities Under the direct supervision of the Registration Officers, the incumbents will be responsible for: - Retrieving, checking and reorganizing RRIS individual registration records based on established guidelines; - Reviewing digital documentation materials and initiating RRIS transactions to rectify any identified inaccuracy in registration information; - Verifying family trees and proceeding to reinstate and connect individual registration records across several generations; - Linking individual registration records to documentation materials pertaining to their family history; - Performing other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor(s).

Qualifications/special skills Competency: - Following instructions and procedures - Appling technical expertise - Planning and organizing - Detail and quality orientation - Coping with pressure and setbacks

Academic Qualifications: - Post-secondary diploma in business and office practice or other related discipline - Knowledge and ability to operate computer software used by the Agency

Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience

Language: Good command of spoken and written English and Arabic.

Additional Information - The incumbents will be based in Beirut; - Remuneration will be set at 1,101.50 USD per month; - One and a half day annual leave per month
