Expected duration ¿ The duration of the consultancy is 6 to 11 months, extendable according to performance and availability of funds. ¿ Remuneration for this consultancy will be 1800$ and depend on the qualifications and relevant experience. ¿ The incumbent can be in any UNRWA field of operations (Gaza, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, or West Bank).

Duties and Responsibilities ¿ Participate in the analysis, design, build, deployment, and support of Dynamics 365 CE solutions ¿ Create data and security models for solutions and configure Dynamics 365 to follow them ¿ Designs custom solutions for Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform ¿ Designs and tests external applications to interface with Dynamics 365 ¿ Analyses data from different sources to migrate it to the final system ¿ Produce Class diagrams, Entity-Relationship diagrams, and Sequence diagrams ¿ Configure Dynamics 365 CE environments for development, testing, and production use. ¿ Work with customers to analyze requirements and map them to solution ¿ Work with the focal points and vendors for resolution of problems (functional issues, performance issues, etc) ¿ Writes Epics, Features, and User Stories to populate backlog ¿ Follow the Incident, Problem and Change Management processes ¿ Produce and maintain technical documentation as required ¿ Perform other duties as may be required.

Qualifications/special skills Academic Qualifications:

¿ A university degree or master's degree from an accredited educational institution in information technology, information management, Information systems, computer science, computer engineering, Software engineering, Business Administration, Management, or other related disciplines;

Experience:

¿ A minimum of 7 years of experience for a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years for a master's degree in Software Development, including a minimum 1 year of Dynamics CE development as a Functional Expert.

¿ Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE administration and configuration experience ¿ Experience with Azure, Flow, and PowerApps ¿ Experience in designing, creating, and testing Dynamics 365 CE solutions in large-scale environments ¿ Experience in designing User interfaces based on Dynamics 365 CE best practices ¿ Skills in general collaboration systems architecture and deployment methodologies applicable in large environments ¿ Experience in producing technical documentation ¿ Must be technologically savvy, demonstrating the ability to quickly adapt to new and unfamiliar technologies, software, and systems.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

¿ Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing and Events Management ¿ Experience with Atlassian Jira ¿ Experience defining tests and test suites. ¿ Good knowledge and sound understanding of IT fundamentals and cloud technologies.

DESIRABLE LICENSES & CERTIFICATE

¿ Relevant industry certifications, including ITIL. ¿ MB-220 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing certification ¿ Other relevant Dynamics 365 certifications.

United Nations International Computing Center (UNICC) is a UN agency that provides IT services to other UN agencies on a cost-recovery basis.

UNRWA Information Management and Technology Department (IMTD) is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Functional with experience in the Marketing and Events Management module to implement and support ongoing and new projects developed with Dynamics 365.

The consultant will report administratively to the Head Information Technology Service Centre at Headquarters Gaza and technically to United Nations International Computing Center (UNICC).
