Consultant – Dynamics 365 CE Developer, Local

Work Location The incumbent can be in any of UNRWA fields of operations (Gaza, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, or West Bank)

Expected duration - The duration of the consultancy is 6 to 11 months, extendable according to performance and availability of funds. - Remuneration for this consultancy will depend on the qualifications and relevant experience as follows: o Cluster A: $1,300. o Cluster B: $1,600. o Cluster C: $1,800. - The incumbent can be in any of UNRWA fields of operations (Gaza, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, or West Bank).

Duties and Responsibilities ● Participate in the design, implementation, deployment, and support of Dynamics 365 CE solutions ● Creates custom solutions (plugins, custom workflows, custom web resources, etc.) ● Designs, develops, tests, and implements integrations with external applications to interface with Dynamics 365 ● Migrates data from different sources to the final system ● Configure Dynamics 365 CE environments for development, testing, and production use. ● Work with the focal points and vendors for resolution of problems (functional issues, performance issues, etc) ● Follow the Incident, Problem and Change Management processes ● Produce and maintain technical documentation as required ● Perform other duties as may be required.

Qualifications/special skills Academic Qualifications: ● A university degree from an accredited educational institution in information technology, information management, computer science, or other related disciplines;

Experience: ● Experience in Software Development with .NET and C#, including a minimum 1 year of Dynamics CE development as per the following: o Cluster A: A minimum of 2 years of experience. o Cluster B: A minimum of 5 years of experience. o Cluster C: A minimum of 7 years of experience. ● Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE administration, customization, and development. ● Experience with Azure, Flow, and PowerApps ● Experience in plugin development for Dynamics 365 CE ● Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with external systems ● Experience designing, creating and testing Dynamics 365 CE solutions in large-scale environments ● Experience designing User interfaces based on Dynamics 365 CE best practices ● Skills in general collaboration systems architecture and deployment methodologies applicable in large environments ● Experience in producing technical documentation ● Must be technologically savvy, demonstrating the ability to quickly adapt to new and unfamiliar technologies, software, and systems

● Experience in Dynamics Plugins development . ● Agile project participation experience. ● Good knowledge and sound understanding of IT fundamentals and cloud technologies.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

● Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ALM. ● Experience with Power Portals. ● Experience with Azure DevOps. ● Experience with Canvas Apps. ● Experience working in projects, application performance testing, and tuning.

Licenses & Certificates: DESIRABLE CERTIFICATE

● Relevant industry certifications, including ITIL. ● Relevant Dynamics 365 certifications.

Competency: ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills ● High degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to work with little supervision ● High level of personal integrity, as well as the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and show an appropriate level of judgment and maturity ● Ability to deliver quality results

Language: ● Fluent in spoken and written English.

UNRWA Information Management and Technology Department (IMTD) is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Developer responsible for implementing and supporting ongoing and new projects developed with Dynamics 365.

The consultant will report administratively to the Head Information Technology Service Centre at Headquarters Gaza and report technically to United Nations International Computing Center (UNICC).
