Organize community members for conducting health and other trainings.
You have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in livelihood, WASH, Child Protection and cash programming in fragile/emergency context
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is essential
- Post-graduate diploma in development studies, community development, rural development is preferred
- Knowledge of emergency response and recovery project models is essential
- Knowledge of cash grant management is preferable
- Knowledge of Humanitarian Principle and Standards such as Do-No-Harm principle is essential
- Strong team building, training, coaching & mentoring and facilitation skills is essential
- Competent in the use of Microsoft office computer programmes is preferable
- Ability to work under pressure, as part of a team or independently, and meet deadlines

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize community members including girls, boys, village leaders, local authorities, faith-based organizations for conducting health and other trainings including awareness sessions around Emergency Response Area.
- Manage day-to-day project activities covered with child protection & participation, WASH sector, Livelihood sector and Food/Cash Distribution activities
- Partnership with the community and key stakeholders to provide necessary support to earthquake effected community on timely basic manner.
- Submission of activity and coaching & monitoring report on time
- Attending cash distribution/NFI management including WVM policy and guideline for cash distribution/NFI training
- Distribute cash grant to selected beneficiaries in line with policy and guideline
KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
