- Fluency in Portuguese and English is required (oral and written).
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to prepare clear and concise products.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and InDesign.

Languages
For this position, fluency in Portuguese and English is required (oral and written).

Responsibilities
Tasks to be performed under this contract
Under the direct supervision of the Communications Coordinator, the successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for the following: Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. Create design elements and layouts for key flagship publications, website and social media content, infographics, and maps highlighting IOM activities in Brazil, including content for specific projects such as FORSUAS. 2. Produce and planning IOM Brazil’s social media products 3. Produce newsletters, reports, photographs, and other promotional material printed or digital. 4. Prepares products for production and distribution, including print and digital output. 5. Ensures timely dissemination of promotional and communications materials on the national website, as well as other media channels. 6. Provides overall support with research and fact-checking to produce communication material. 7. Establishes and maintains an up-to-date repository file for communication materials including publications, press releases, clipping, photographs, audio, and visual products. 8. Liaise with graphic designers and other vendors to develop, produce, and print materials.
9. Stays abreast of new design and social media trends and delivers create and innovative ideas. 10. Edits low complexity videos and clips produced by the team. 11. Ensure all communication materials are under the general branding IOM manual, and specific projects branding manual. 12. Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
